Role Overview
80Responsible for wing to wing hiring of both professional and production roles across all business functions
80Be a partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs to fill their open positions in a timely manner
80Set high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance
80Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency-based assessments during their interview
80Maintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles
80Ensure delivery against key TA metrics
80Effectively use social media tools in alignment with Brand Strategy
80Effectively handle the candidate experience, ensuring that it is positive and respectful
80Build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate is able to engage candidates' and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in Management with 5 years MNC wing to wing recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
80Experience in Commercial/Engineering hiring preferably from the Aerospace industry.
80Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA Projects.
80Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
80Strong organizational and time-management skills.
80Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
80Able to utilize social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
80Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
